💎 What it Means to Love Yourself After Twin Flame Journey

When you first start your twin flame journey, you don’t know that you’re about to learn some of the hardest lessons in your life🥹
Usually, divine feminines are deeply empathetic, creative souls who initially believe that their empathy was given to them by God to help people❤️🔥
This is certainly true, but we often forget about our own boundaries in the process — and that’s a very important thing👆
By forgetting our own boundaries, we forget that empathy needs to regain its strength in order not only to be able to help people, but even to exist🐣
Even if you are a deeply empathetic person, you should not forget that everyone has their own timing — and it's impossible to help a person if they aren't ready for it.
Sometimes a person just doesn't understand that they need help🖤
Love is not equal to saving.
It's important to keep not only your own boundaries but also the boundaries of other people🫂
Every empath knows: I can love without rescuing — and that’s normal🫶
If you want to help people, you need to recover every day.
We are on this earth to help people — not just one person👥
So even if you are a deeply empathetic soul, you have to take care of yourself first — and that’s okay🏵️
You can’t pour from an empty soul💧
Choose yourself first — always.
That’s not ego, that’s energy.
It’s self-love, not selfishness.
You are not a victim. You are an empath🌞
Your “no” is holy.
It may shake some people, but it saves your peace🌎
Your mental health and state of mind are important because the physical health of a woman directly depends on her emotional state🍎
If a situation begins to threaten your mental health, it’s normal to leave in order to heal❤️🩹
Leaving doesn’t mean you stopped caring — it means you started healing🤗
Healing begins with ourselves🌹
We can’t make other people work on themselves, but we can show them how — through our own example.
It's normal to respect not only your own boundaries but also the boundaries of others👩❤️👨
It’s impossible to help heal another person if they don’t want to.
It’s bitter, but you have to accept it🌼
You can’t save everyone.
But you can love them, bless them, and let them go🌬️
💎 My most important realizations I came to during my twin flame journey are these:
💎 My sensitivity isn’t weakness — it’s intuition. It’s a gift to develop and cherish, not to be ashamed of.
💎 I can feel a lot, but I have to let it flow through me. I don’t have to be a sponge for other people’s emotions. I can help a person live through them — and move on.
💎 It is normal to feel compassion and still not allow your own boundaries to be violated.
💎 I don’t have to save everyone to be good and kind. If a person wants my help but violates my boundaries, that’s not help — that’s sacrifice.
💎 I can be soft and strong at the same time — and that’s normal. Being soft is not shameful; it’s perfectly normal to ask for help.
You should never stay where you are in danger. You should be with people who make you feel protected.
💎 I don’t have to justify my sensitivity. My sensitivity is a wonderful gift I can create through.
I can write books and poems, I can paint through my creativity and love — and I believe that it heals the world.
Because when you do something with love, it’s impossible not to feel it❤️
