Empath is like a little child who needs to taste everything. Empath doesn’t just hear words, don’t just read looks and gestures.
Empath tastes the energy.
That’s why it is almost impossible to deceive empath. And that’s why the empaths are almost always gaslighted, manipulated, called crazy by Narcissist in their life.
Empath always sees through any manipulation, as if through a thin lace.
And that’s not the blessing of empaths.
It’s their pain.
Because empath almost always knows when they are betrayed or cheated.
It’s much easier to live blindfolded or wear pink glasses than to know that your loved ones betray or deceive you and hide the pain behind the facade of a smile every day.
Every empath has a self-worth lesson in their life.
For them, the moment of Too Much must come.
The moment when they put themselves and their own boundaries first.
And if they don’t, they stop to exist as a person, they become a shadow.
I didn’t want to be a shadow.
I am shining too bright to extinguish my light.
